“I recently spent much of the month of July traveling through Italy. Of the 8 hotels we stayed at, Hotel Pontechiesa was the only disappointment. Pros: Our room was clean and the hotel is within walking distance of downtown Cortina. Cons: 1) Breakfast seating is assigned. In our case, we were seated next to a family with two coughing children. Most of the tables in the dining area were empty yet we were forced to sit next to two children who were clearly ill. During a pandemic, this makes little……

“The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well……

“Full service hotel in a perfect location woth convenient access to skiing and walking distance to the town of Cortina. City Bus picks up and drops off in front of the hotel. Full European Spa with Steam, Sauna, Hot Tub, Cool down, and Relaxation areas. Successfully owned and operated by the same family for four generations!”

“We loved this hotel! The perfect spot for everything! It’s off the Main Street which makes it easy to maneuver. The ski shuttle and buses stop right in front. The daily breakfast was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again! ”
