“Very clean & comfortable. Only downside was I could hear the people in the next room. I solved this by turning on the bathroom fan. ”

“Property is large with gorgeous views. Barbara and David are very pleasant, were reapectful of our time, and it felt private even though they were just upstairs. Sammy, their vizsla, is also super sweet. The place was homey and comfortable. We VERY much appreciated bringing our canine family members and they loved all the room to run. Location a short drive to downtown. Definitely would stay again if they would have us. ”

“The property and rents home is as described. It was everything we could have asked for plus a little more. Thanks for the great stay! ”

“We came to town to watch Luther softball. We had a great two nights and have enjoyed the Nest on previous trips as well. We enjoy having the ability to use a kitchen, the sitting area is large enough to watch a movie with friends and the rental is always clean. We had to cancel this room this fall for Homecoming and the owner was able to move the reservation to this weekend. We found that very accommodating for us and really appreciated it.”

“The Mother In Suite is a cozy and clean place to stay. Logan is a welcoming host and helpful. I would recommend this place for your visit in Cedar Rapids.”

“The property had more than enough space for my family of 6 adults. It was peaceful, minus the occasional train, with plenty to do. My adult kids loved the game room while my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It is just a short drive to town, but we did everything from grilling on the deck to playing a rowdy card game around the large table with friends. Beds were comfortable and Kara’s home was clean. We hope to stay with her again in the fall. ”

“The camper is lovely but the setting is the true gem. It was so quiet and relaxing. The sounds of nature are just what we needed. The bed is comfortable and the shower is hot.”

“This was the perfect spot to stay for going to a concert downtown. Everything was clean and well taken care of. All downtown shops and restaurants were easily walkable from the house. Would stay again next time we’re in the area!”
