“Small number of rooms. Spacious. Feels like home. Beach club is fantastic with good onsite restaurants. Reasonably priced. Hotel communicates via texting makes it very convenient. Beach is nice but quieter. Less people play in the water. So if you look for a nice relaxing retreat this is perfect”

“First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of……

“Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. Again, this is not something that can be “fixed”, but may impact working……

“Love this little boutique hotel. Each room is so cute and different. This is our third time staying here. We love the rooms, how close it is to everything you want to do in grayton beach and the cute cafe on the property. We will be back! ”
