“We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2……

“We had such a fantastic time our week here. Always looking for privacy and this place delivers! Views from every window, which are huge windows. Im a sucker for a screenporch and this one had TWO! Plenty of room to spread out within the house and lots of places outdoors to explore. We decided this should our retirement home. Growing up on the eastern shore myself, this place had the perfect balance of seclusion, yet not too far away from crisfield whatsoever. So much character……

“ The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest...”

“Overall ok but a little dog-eared. Very basic but it worked for one night. The front desk folks were super kind! My biggest complaint was the musty odor in the room. They need to use an air freshener system for sure. The breakfast was basic as well but did the job. Coffee was the worst and cream seem watered down. Luckily Rise Up Coffee is right next door and saved the day. ”

“Loved the water view, walkability to the quaint village of Oxford, and proximity to the ferry. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Coffee, Keurig, cream, and sugars were provided, along with a spacious refrigerator. A treat bag with snacks and seltzer drinks was provided upon check-in, which was very smooth and easy. Unfortunately, most stores and eating options were closed Monday and Tuesday. No breakfast was offered other than walking into the village for a breakfast……

“We stayed in the French Room at the Inn at 202Dover in Easton, MD. We were welcomed by the manager, Vincent. The room was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos! The whole inn is a gem! The only thing I didn't end up trying was the hydrojet massage bathtub. There were directions in the guest book in the room but it just seemed too complicated for me. We also didn't use the steam shower, just had regular showers. We had dinner on the Friday night at the Inn and the food was delicious……
