“Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. “Beautiful suite and not missing a thing. Great attention to detail with all the comforts of home. The bottle of bubbly was a nice surprise! Close to everything, great views and a super comfortable. Highly recommend. ”

“The property was beautiful and our accommodations were wonderful. The only issue we had was nothing to do with this property. It was not easily accessible to town by foot. We went to the Chestertown Community page and asked about Uber accessibility and were told 24/7. We came to Chestertown by boat, no vehicle. We had a 2 mile walk to town to get something to eat. ”

“Perfect access to beach and boardwalk for our family with two young kids. We were on the second floor with a slight ocean view, which was a nice surprise. We were able to walk to the inlet and to 28th street easily with our athletic 9 and 7 year old. The apartment was perfect to cook 2 meals and breakfast for our six day stay. The property manager, Art, is a great host always providing what we needed; from parking the car to extra cooking tools. ”

“My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a great location that is close to the beach. You aren't far from the boardwalk and there are plenty of restaurants to walk to. The Condo seemed recently remodeled with granite coubtertops and stainless steel appliances. It had a very modern feel to it. Great air conditioning with thermostats in each room. Bring hangers! No hangers in the closets was a little strange. We had a problem with the upstairs teenagers making noise and the property……

“As others have noted, the space is very clean, well appointed and conveniently located. I'd like to add that the hosts have done a wonderful job of representing the community in the home. Their art collection is lovely and features local artists. The books placed are all interesting and about the area; even the chocolates were purchased from a locally owned store. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
