“The room was quiet, clean and spacious. ”

“The stay was great, and I have no complaints about the property at all, and would gladly stay there again, but I had one issue. I needed to check out at 6:30am, but the office was closed til 8:30, and there was nothing to instruct a customer on what to do in my situation. They left an emergency after hours number for late check-ins, which I tried calling, but no answer. So I was delayed by 2 hours due to this issue”

“The Whitman is a beautiful property but they do silly things like add $75 to the stay for parking and internet to be redeemed with $15 per day in the restaurant. That type of thing bugs me - suddenly a stay is wrapped in a “thing” that is $75 more expensive than I thought it would be. ”

“We are regulars at the Clover Island Inn and love it there. We love that the place is clean, the staff is top notch, the windows to our room open (a must for us), there are nice views of the Columbia river and bridges, good places to walk our dog. The Crows Nest restaurant there is closed as they make renovations, but Cedars next door is a wonderful restaurant with a dog friendly space outside. We're concerned about rumours of the Hilton buying it - it is quirky, and we love it for that reason -……

“Very clean property and friendly staff. The incidental fee was a lot less than most hotels as well. I will definitely be staying at this location again! ”

“Comfortable and clean room. Though the refrigerator buzzed every 5 minutes which was an issue at night. Maintenance did nothing to fix so I had to unplug it”
