“We had a lovely weekend with friends and family. The house is spacious, full of light, and has views of the ocean. Lots of room to gather yet also room to have down time. Everyone enjoyed our stay, including swimming in the pool. Communication and check in were easy.”

“This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff……

“Our group "comes home" to Newport to visit extended family. The Stimpson Road house is just blocks from where our father grew up in the 1940-50's. Walking to the Middletown end of First Beach takes about 10 minutes!This cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled. We particularly appreciated the excellent air conditioning and electrical system upgrades. Space is well-used. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely appointed. There are several coffee maker options. For us, at least one……
