“This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?”

“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

“Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!”

“We arrived to find a totally charming home with parking, a yard, grill, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen--salt and pepper and array of spices had we wanted to cook full meals. There were plenty of towels so we didn't feel like we had to beg for more. Internet TV with wifi and many already bought movies "on the house". We forgot a toothbrush and were able to find a new one in the bathroom (replaced the following day when we were able to go to the store). The hosts communicated rapidly……
