I was impressed with the location, the detail to cleanliness, and the commitment to the environment. Once I booked the room, the innkeepers were very helpful in offering things to do and places to eat, as well as offering to help make our anniversary stay more memorable. “This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

“My family had a great time staying here during a lacrosse tournament. Host was the best and the house was great. My boys loved the pool and adults loved the proximity to the restaurants and bars. Will stay here again in future. ”

“This home was exactly as described and worked well for our visit. It is conveniently located and we enjoyed the area, restaurants and proximity to the Naval Academy. The beds are very comfy, towels are thick and having coffee, shampoo and seasonings etc were a welcome surprise. My only hesitation is if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. It is VERY close to a bustling restaurant ( and delicious ) and the noise is heard in the bedrooms in the evening and in the morning due to……

“In town for the Annapolis Sailboat Show. It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot!”
