“This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?”

“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

“In town for the Annapolis Sailboat Show. It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot!”

“Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!”

“This home was exactly as described and worked well for our visit. It is conveniently located and we enjoyed the area, restaurants and proximity to the Naval Academy. The beds are very comfy, towels are thick and having coffee, shampoo and seasonings etc were a welcome surprise. My only hesitation is if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. It is VERY close to a bustling restaurant ( and delicious ) and the noise is heard in the bedrooms in the evening and in the morning due to……
