“Easy check-in process. Everything was thoroughly explained with easy to understand instructions. There was a maintenance issue due to extreme cold temperatures, something beyond the control of the hotel. They immediately went to work on it and were so apologetic, even though they had no control over it. We were given an upgrade, a huge upgrade. The rooms were plenty big, the beds comfortable, and it was very, very clean. We will definitely be going back.”

“Nice place with bare minimum things to cook with but just treat it like camping with a house. We stayed in a bungalow- seems like it’s in the boonies but it isn’t. We lost all water for our stay but was nicely refunded by the host. I would stay again in the big house but it is divided by floors for booking so you’d need to book everything to not have a “roomie” so to speak. We live in San Marcos so bringing things in or showering at our place was no biggie. It is pet friendly but there is a $25……
