“This was our eleventh biennial get-together with college friends, and everyone thought this was one of the best lodging experiences we have had. It's difficult to find accommodations for 16 people, and this one had it all. The property is well-maintained with plenty of room for everyone and offers a variety of conversation areas as well as little nooks to enjoy a bit of private time. The property is perfectly located within easy driving distance to most of Narragansett's attractions, beaches,……

“Overall good review. The guest/ info book was on the bottom shelf near the front door. In a folder, not titled. Needed info in there because the WiFi info on our text was incorrect and we couldn’t get into WiFi. Just happened to find this folder so we could then get WiFi. Would suggest that that this folder be more visible to guests as it had other house info in it. A few spots I had to clean, but overall the house was clean. A beautiful, spacious house. ”

“Amazing location, just a 10 min walk to the beach. You literally just need to bring your travel bags & that’s it! They have everything you need. So clean. Outdoor shower, huge fire pit, all beach necessities, games, central air! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We booked again for next year already. ”
