“Our family had a wonderful stay at this well-stocked and clean duplex. The amenities were excellent. My kids loved the toys and the game room! The kitchen was well stocked! Furniture was comfortable and we all felt at home. Our host was amazing, friendly, and responded quickly to any of our needs! Would highly recommend staying here! It was nice that it was so close to Lake Michigan with lots to do in the area, but yet off-the-beaten path without crazy traffic or tourists. We are so appreciative……

“I spent a month here for a job nearby. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Blue Star Hwy which makes it easy to get around the area. The host was very easy to contact and accommodating. ”

“It was an incredible stay the place was unique extremely comfortable and clean. There wasn't anything you needed everything was provided the property manager path was extremely responsive and very helpful with suggestios.The beds were extremely comfortable we had six people staying and plenty of room. The town itself was charming and the people were extremely friendly.I would definitely recommend anybody that needs to stay in the area stay here..”

“This house was perfect for me and my sister. The house was very clean, and there were nice personal touches throughout. Our favorite spot was the all season room on the back. We spent our mornings and evenings there. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Tracy was a phenomenal host with great communication and helpful insight to the area. We visited several wineries and they did not disappoint. Many options within a reasonable driving distance.We will definitely be back and hope her home is……

“Chip’s Place was immaculate and had so many thoughtful touches from snacks and toiletries to books and games. The nearby pizza place is yummy, but otherwise it was a bit of a drive to other activities. Everything was an easy drive, though. We didn’t try to walk to Hagar Beach as it would entail crossing and walking along the highway. ”

“The house was built in the early 1900s and was restored and remodeled with very artistic and creative decor. A very unique house roughly 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan. ”

“The property is very nice, very spacious, and comes with anything you may need. However, the property could use a thorough cleaning. The floors and bathrooms had a lot of hair left from the prior guests.The location is great. Very close to the dunes, and short drive to many other attractions.Additionally, when we arrived to check-in shortly after the scheduled check-in time, the cleaners were still there and then arrived several hours before check-out and sat in the driveway until we left.”

“This is our second stay. We love this place. Well kept and clean. Beautiful quiet spot on a small lake. Plenty of space for kids to run and play. Hosts are kind and have good communication. Pontoon boat and kayaks are a great addition. We hope to be back again next year. ”
