“When does a Holiday Inn Express ever disappoint? Very rarely, but out of 3 total stays here from me, this is my go to for my wife and I when we come visit Lake Michigan. ”

“Room clean. Friendly staff. Quiet area other than highway noise which didn't affect me. Free breakfast was appreciated with good coffee. No problems at all . Very close to the lake and St. Joseph Silver Beach which was what I was looking for. Did not use the pool or Hot tub but will book again in the future. Right next door to Cracker Barrel which was a plus as well as other food options. Dove Bath Products provided was nice. Great value for what I needed. ”

“The hotel was extremely clean. All staff we encountered were friendly & eager to assist. We already, booked three rooms, for next month! Great location - close to area restaurants & beaches. Would highly recommend ”

“Property is easy to get to. The staff at the front desk, bar and mini restaurant are all friendly. The room is spacious enough for 4 people. However, there were not towels for 4 people in the room. Outside of this minor oversight, the stay has been pleasant. ”

“The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. ”
