“We had a good stay at Larkspur Landing during the 2025 Notre Dame commencement weekend. The hotel was nicely decorated for the occasion, which added a festive and welcoming touch. “Although we only stayed for one night, the sunset alone was worth it. I am so glad that I chose to book a room on the lake view side. We were able to watch the sun set over the lake. We were also able to sit out on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful weather. If you're not able to book one of the lake view rooms, there are 2 look out points just a block or so down the street. Out one night stay was wonderful. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I wish we could turn the balcony……

“The man who checked us in was great and super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, a little dated but most places are after having hundreds of guests stay there. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one I’ve had and the air conditioning wasn’t great in our room, but it worked well enough that we didn’t feel the need to request maintenance. Overall it was a good stay and good value for what we paid. ”
