“Great property for our long weekend getaway! House was very clean and the decor was relaxing. Just what we needed! Highly recommend Hagar Beach, 5 minutes away, for a quiet beach day. South Haven & St Joseph offer great meal options. Looking forward to staying here again!”

“We loved our winter stay in this cute, cozy cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There was ample room for our family of 4, were able to hike in Van Buren State Park and along Lake Michigan from the cabin and were still minutes from town to go in for dinner. We were looking for a cabin in the woods with snow, and this delivered. We will be back to this cabin in the summer or fall to experience different……

“The property is very nice, very spacious, and comes with anything you may need. However, the property could use a thorough cleaning. The floors and bathrooms had a lot of hair left from the prior guests.The location is great. Very close to the dunes, and short drive to many other attractions.Additionally, when we arrived to check-in shortly after the scheduled check-in time, the cleaners were still there and then arrived several hours before check-out and sat in the driveway until we left.”

“This property is was well decorated and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The owner had great communication leading up to our stay. We were in town for a wedding so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space, but that too looks lovely. Minor things could use improvement such as one of the beds was very squeaky, one toilet does not refill well and then doesn't flush when needed, and the water pressure in the shower was next to nothing. The shower situation made it difficult for 6 adults to……

“This property is truly amazing: the house is top tier, the views are spectacular, the area is quiet, and the amenities (especially for people who like to cook) are second to none. The oven, range, and fridge are exceptional. It has high-end grills, both gas and wood-fired. Every detail is accounted for, and if anything is amiss, the Juniper property management crew is on it immediately. They were - quite literally- the most responsive and easy-going crew I’ve ever dealt with at a vacation……

“Property located on busy highway with frequent traffic noise. For safety we drove bikes to nearby bike trails. However, there is easy access to beach, parks and shopping. Property shares driveway with host's car sales business. In front is banner supporting ex-president. House is spacious and decorated with pleasant Christian theme. 2 living rooms contain large comfortable sofas and TVs. Queen mattress was soft causing roll towards the middle. Single bathroom stayed busy and we needed to walk……

“Chip’s Place was immaculate and had so many thoughtful touches from snacks and toiletries to books and games. The nearby pizza place is yummy, but otherwise it was a bit of a drive to other activities. Everything was an easy drive, though. We didn’t try to walk to Hagar Beach as it would entail crossing and walking along the highway. ”

“Our family had such a nice time here! Close enough to Dowagiac to be convenient, but out ebough to be perfectly peaceful. The lake and channel were great, the hosts accommodating, and the house we clean and spacious. I would definitely book here again! We had a good time just lpumging outside, fishing off the dock, and taking our little boat out. ”
