“Overall very pleased with our stay. Dishwasher was unusable and the garbage disposal needed replacing. No mop either but we made it work. Pretty nice property and everything was local.”

“We liked the location to beach and restaurants. Loved that we could bring our dogs. The fenced yard was great for them and us to sit outside and relax. Friday night had a little louder street and neighbor noise but on the main drag we expected that. there is only 1 set of bunk beds, not two. ”

“Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking” ”

“The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry……

“We found this property quite last minute when booking a trip for my friend’s birthday. This house exceeded expectations! The pictures honestly do not do it justice. Everything was nice ans clean and the all of the bedrooms ans bathrooms are spacious. There was 8 of us and we still were able to move around freely. We are already looking into booking this house again some time in the summer. Communication was great as well. Location is just a 5 min walk to beach and some souvenir shops ”

“we truly loved our place!! description was very accurate! close to the beach! we walked there every day! we didn't spend much time in the house other than eating and getting ready but it was truly beautiful and clean! my daughter and I wil be back!”

“Smack dab in the middle of all our favorite places! Only negative was TV reception. Very clean, quite and comfortable!”

“My family and I had the best time! The house was in pristine condition and in the perfect location. The home is spacious, cozy, and clean which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The house is walkable to both Rosemary & Alys Beach. We enjoyed walking to get coffee every morning. The beach is an easy shuttle/golf cart ride away from the house. We would 1000% rebook this house again!”

“The stay here was beyond amazing, beautiful home with lots of amenities. We had a total of seven staying and had ample room to have quiet moments as needed. The tram helped make things easier for travel once we figured out how it worked. The only down side was we had three cars and there are only two parking spots, so we had to find additional parking. ”
