Plenty of nice touches like a gift bag on arrival and plenty of supplies like trash bags, toilet paper etc. Bathroom could use some updates and the space was a little cramped with furniture. Not sure how more than 2 could stay so maybe reduce some of the extra item. ”

“Perfect location!! We love a walkable vacation and this was perfect. Close to beach, pool, and shops and restaurants. We parked the rental car and never got in again until we left. Very clean and pictures exactly what we got. Highly recommend for a couples getaway. ”

“The Smith House was perfect for our Grayton stay. The home house so much character, while also having all the amenities of home. We loved the exposed wood beams, cozy wraparound porch, and outdoor shower. Everything was clean, and the communication with the owner was superb.
