“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location is great. Just a short drive or walk to beach access away from the condos. Close to the dog beach and other local attractions. The home is super cute and the pool was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Smith House was an absolute dream! Kelly and Billy were the most amazing hosts and have the house stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The screened-in patio was our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and peaceful evenings after a day at the beach! Such a sweet and charming home - we can’t wait to come back!”

“Everything was great about the stay and the house was very clean, fully stocked with all you need and more, and great communication. The beach chairs and umbrella and golf cart were a plus and the covered outdoor area with the pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Beds were all comfortable and the living room seating was great for watching tv after being in the sun all day. Can't wait to come back and stay soon!”

“Check in was seamless. The whole place was perfect for the 2 of us. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and linens. The blanket in the closet helped! Easy parking & bar across the street was good in a pinch. **they do play LOUD live music nearly every night - so something to be aware of. We didn’t mind much because it’s not so loud once you’re inside. An option to turn the fountain off would be nice as well as turn down or off the outside lights. Other than that, great stay for both of us. ”

“Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and……

“The tiny cottage was immaculate! Adorable and perfect for us. We loved walking everywhere. Amenities were beyond our expectations. Fitness Center Access and Bikes were amazing! We would come back in a heart beat!!!!! ♥️”

“We had a wonderful stay at Bali Cottage! The house is so perfect, spacious, modern, clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful fireplace outside, less than 5 min easy walk to the beach. Gated community. Parked right at the house. Quiet well maintained family community. We will definitely be back!!”
