“My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a belated Christmas. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us to have our own beds. The view was amazing when it snowed on one of our days. We will definitely consider visiting again! ”

“My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.”

“Nice central place for our family to meet together. The weather turned cold and a little windy the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the screened in porches much. But we had a great time. We enjoyed watching the barges. We may think about going back when the weather is warmer. Great location! The driveway has a sharpish turn to the right just before the house. In the fall, it was a little hard to see the drive with all the leaves on it. It might be a good idea to put some reflectors……

“The view was amazing! Loved having 2 master suites. Screened deck allowed for bug free outdoor enjoyment! Lift was smooth and eliminated most of the stairs to the dock :) Took advantage of the included golf cart. Had a great evening around the fire pit making hot dogs and smores. “We enjoyed being so close to the lake. Enjoyed fishing, the overly friendly raccoon, and the huge groundhog that ran around. I don’t think those beds are queen size though. Probably more like fulls.. as I think stayed. ”

“It rained most of our time but…. We had a wonderful time with a teenagers. We guide to kayak when it wasn’t raining. We got time out on the deck. We had kids that had no electronics for three days. They played more games dominoes card games went down and had ping-pong tournament. We had foosball tournaments. We played chest. The time there spent as a family was great no fights. Everybody kept busy if you have a big family they had a big room upstairs that slept all six of my grandsons and the……

“A very nice home with a unique spiral staircase to the lower level, which has all the amenities for a backyard party. Comfortable sleeping in master bedroom with a full bathroom. All the appliances worked except for the pool table. It was not in good condition but still usable for fun. ”
