“Had a lovely balcony and view where you could hear the waves. The pool was nice, and the snack bar was handy. All staff were very friendly. They had grills available though we didn't use them. The beach was a very quick walk across the dune via boardwalk. It was a nice stay! ”

“The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. ”

“Overall great stay. We enjoyed the pool on Sunday but it was "Out of Order" on Monday morning. We won't let that stop us from coming back and staying again. It's a beautiful property.”

“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone . “I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”
