“The sanitation is very poor, the environment is too bad, if it is not booked online, no one will find it. I looked at it, but did not stay, the environment is too bad.”

“Really good location and very clean room. Only complaint is the windows are not well sealed so you can hear the traffic on the street. Also you can hear sounds from next door very clearly... The owner did provide earplugs but I feel it doesn't necessarily work for everybody.”

“This place is surrounded by nature. It’s a glamping experience as you are surrounded by the waterfall and various animals. You can even swim in the waterfall. They have 2 restrooms and showers, kitchen, dining, and tv about 20 feet from your sleeping area shared by guests from 3 lodges. They clean the restrooms and kitchen area daily. ”

“Guesthouse was very much as shown: community spaces for bathrooms and cooking etc. and the location was great, very close to Akaka Falls yet outside of town enough to enjoy slowing down. Found great shaved ice at the Aloha General Store. We stayed in the king bed room, which was clean and mostly comfortable, but gets baked in the sun from sunrise. The room was very hot and could use a ceiling fan, the small one provided barely worked to cool the large room… and having the windows open meant……
