“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee.
