“Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! ”

“Loved our time in Playa del Carmen at the Villas Sacbe. Very private and safe, although quite loud at night with the nearby discos (they blast the music from 8pm-4am what seems every night). The hot tub didn’t work when we stayed there and the toilet handle had broke but otherwise the apartment was in good, clean condition and was a great retreat from nearby busy 5th street. “This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
