“What we liked: Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Quiet & relaxed vibe. The room was large, private bath - very clean and nicely done. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary drinks & snacks. The courtyard with lounge chairs and pool areas are clean and well maintained. What we didn’t like (we are being picky): The lobby was small and kind of dark. There were dying orchid plants on the shelf. We arrived on a Wednesday, the pool & hot tub was not cleaned - a lot of flowers & leaves dropped from……

“This is a pleasant change from a standard boutique hotel in Palm Springs, all of which are different and unique. There are 11 boutique rooms and the property is just lush, secluded and quiet. Joanne is essentially the “caretaker” of the property and she makes sure that she focuses her undivided attention on making every guest feel comfortable. The location is fantastic if you like the downtown Palm Springs area because you never have to use your car to go shopping, eating or too commence great……

“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”
