“我入住三晚，每晚我都要到櫃檯更換毛巾、浴巾、枕頭套，因為每天更換的都還是非常髒，有明顯髒污、黑痕跟口紅印。掛上Room service的牌子，留給房務人員的小費收走了，但洗髮精、lotion、肥皂都沒補，床也沒整理，非常糟糕。房間在拉上窗簾後非常昏暗，半夜車流聲很大、呼嘯而過，房外有濃厚大麻味。淺眠者的住宿噩夢。”

“酒店的地理位置非常优越 切记别用酒店自带的valet parking 40刀一晚 酒店出门右边就有停车场 晚上10点前都有人在 可overnight 20刀一天随时可以停 remember don't use valet parking in hotel, there is a parking lot right hand side which only charge 20 dollar for a day, and people work there are very kind.”

“I couldn’t believe how cute the room was! It was like one surprise after another. It was very clean and looked like they had just redecorated. Then I looked up and noticed the ceiling was painted with clouds and birds. It was beautiful! Then I turned on one of the light switches and there was blue lighting under all of the crown molding in the room. So cool! You could hear the traffic from the highway, but I didn’t notice it after I went to sleep. I really loved this place and the price, and……

“We have a big room and all facilities are good, but the breakfast is just biscuits and something like that, no hot food except hot water.”

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was warm and friendly with one exception. I went to get coffee at 7am on the first morning and there was a young man who was very unfriendly and told me repeatedly that "the kitchen is closed", even though there was fresh coffee ready and available. He was not happy about me getting some. Next time I'll probably bring my own coffee maker.Wednesday karaoke was fun and Jude was really wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. Also Patience was really a sweet……

“We arrived at night. There was no toilet paper in the room. The frame of the painting in the room was broken, and the light in the bathroom was also broken. The hotel staff was very impatient. Moreover, there was no parking space as promised, so we had to park on the street. The room faces the street, so it's very noisy. The whole experience was really bad.”
