“ We really loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old school charming lakefront homes! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group. We loved hanging out on the fabulous deck with great views of the lake. The jacuzzi is a great bonus as well as the steps down to the small deck on the water. Even though it's older, it's well loved and you can just tell there have been a lot of family memories made here.Very well equipped kitchen and newer appliances.The lake……

“Right across the street from the lake with gorgeous views from the kitchen table -- we fell in love with Donner Lake! The cabin was comfortable, but rustic as you'd expect for a mountain lake cabin (eg some damage to floors, janky interior doors, kitchen table wobbly). Dealing with Vacasa as a renter instead of an actual owner is always less personal and more commericalized ... eg they were happy to offer late check out, if we paid an additional fee$$ But overall we loved the location, there……

“This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.”

“Property was just as shown, typical traditional Tahoe style cabin!! Bathrooms were modern and updated. Loved that each room had a tv also! Comfortable king bed, nice living room set up! The master does get a little cold, but extra space heaters are provided and really helped! We loved our stay!”

“The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. The property itself was spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a dining room/living room combo area and a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. “Great place, very peaceful and nice big yard for my pups to play. Big comfortable beds. Nice antique furniture pieces throughout the house. The best for us was the tip on taking a trail walkable from the house, down to the upper Truckee river. Beautiful weather helped make it a great stay.”

“Everything was as described. Kitchenware was of high quality. It amused me to see the multitude of wine openers in one kitchen drawer. The steps going into the property was challenging for me. With the kitchen above the bedrooms was problematic if I wanted to sleep late. Luckily I’m not usually a late riser. The setting was spectacular. The outside furniture made it easy to enjoy it. The upper level was fun, though the contents of the boxed games were out of the boxes and jumbled together. That……
