“This is a complicated review. We were looking for a place for a family gathering on the coast and this place looked perfect. The views from the property are unmatched. Dramatic ocean views The property is an old ranch with several buildings on it. The property seems to be new to the rental world but had everything needed. The listing does not include pictures of the cottage but it was a simple 2 bedroom, 1 bath property with small kitchen. We arrived just before a winter storm was set to……

“The house is called “Mid-Century” for a reason. It definitely takes you back to an earlier time. Some modern upgrades would be appreciated. The house is beautifully designed with glassed views in every direction. Those glass windows could use a good cleaning. The views absolutely save the day and make you forget about anything else. Incredible.”

“Spectacular views of the ocean. Cute little studio room with all amenities. The kitchen. Was great, full fridge, gas stove, shower, ceiling fan and good air flow. The owner is a retired construction contractor so the place is nice. We loved the conversation starter questions left for us which we used instead of watching TV”

“The house is charming with personal touches in design and art. The kitchen was laid out well and had cute dishes and coffee/tea cups. There was a nice range of pots and pans. The electric stove/oven is old and touchy though. The only heat for the house is a wood burning stove. It did heat the house well and there was a lot of wood for use. You do have to go into the garage to access the bathroom which is funky. The area is lovely and you can walk to the beach. Deer and Quayle are abundant……
