“We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. “Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it.”
