“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Love the staffs...very kind...but they can keep the breakfast until 10am..should be better.. i went around 9:40am..putting away everything and kids can't get drink... juice machines off too”

“very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!”
