“The cabin was perfect, neat and clean, it had all we needed for the stay. This will be a perfect place to spend with family away from busy schedule, host was very friendly and kind, replies fast. “The house location, layout, proximity to town and amenities were just perfect and so fitting to what I love and my family loves. The house has the perfect touches with everything we needed. “This house was perfect for our family of 7- all adults. There was plenty of space and the floor plan was great to allow everyone their own space as needed. We have rented many houses, condos, cabins and this was the first to have some food items on hand in case we needed it. The only thing I would suggest is to bring any plastic bowls with lids that you might need. With 7 of us, we did need them. However, Dollar General isn’t far and it is cheap. “This VRBO was new and swaggy! The decorating was impeccable! I wish I had her taste! We came down for a tour of the Shawnee Wine Trail and do some hiking and this house is perfectly located in the center of it all. It is a hop skip and jump from Giant City State Park which has fabulous hiking and really close to Cobden and Makanda both adorable little towns.
