“Family and two dogs traveled from Maryland to celebrate my Grandmother’s 90th birthday in DuQuoin. Perfect place for our family and dogs to unwind after a long drive. Very clean. Had everything we needed. I honestly do not know if there was a lakefront. We were on the move when we weren’t sleeping. ”

“The house was amazing! It was stocked so well, the check in instructions were very clear. The house is located so close to many amazing hikes. The rooms were very comfortable; the downstairs area was such a fun entertainment area and the whole house just felt so cozy. Will definitely recommend!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood panelling and the vaulted ceiling and the view were all so pretty. Very nice bathroom and kitchen. Lovely, very clean bedrooms and bedding. Super clean throughout. My only complaint is that the hot tub cover needs replacing. It was really difficult to open and close it. But, it was hot on a very cold January day. ”

“Absolutely amazing place. Charming is a great word for it. Very well maintained and immaculately clean. Small but at the same time tons of space. Fully supplied with all amenities. Close to the lake and college. Quaint little town and the Anchor Grille may have the best chicken anywhere. Just a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be going back again. ”
