“Hosts couldn’t have been better. Communication excellent. The place was clean and the house was beautiful. Everything you need is in the home including flip flops for the beach!! Neighbors are nice and neighborhood is quiet. Fire pit in the beach made the stay special. Highly recommend you stay here!!”

“This was our second visit to this property. Our first stay was booked with almost no notice and went great, and this time we booked a few weeks in advance and the house was really well prepared and ready for us with noticeable improvements. Our first stay occurred in July, and the air conditioning got a workout and was quite effective. “Loved the expansive property with so much to do on site. The pool, game room, and disco were fun, as was kayaking on the Cohansey. That said, the best feature by far were the chaise lounges on the back patio overlooking the river watching bald eagles, ospreys, herons, egrets, wrens, and blackbirds. Tom was a great host and ensured we had a great time. Definitely want to come back!”

“Foxtail house is a comfortable, spacious and peaceful retreat. Located on a stunning section of tidal river you will find yourself mesmerized by the wildlife, bird song and the play of light on the marsh grasses. We were a group of 6 family members attending a days long memorial gathering and we were very thankful to be able to return to such a lovely home at the end of the day. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, several indoor and outdoor gathering spots as well as bedrooms well……

“Beautiful setting in a wooded lot feels private like you are far away from hustle and bustle but it is convenient near stores and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and all new appliances. House has many “ smart” lighting features. Floor was gritty but hard to avoid with plank floors. Maybe a few throw rugs would help. We rented the whole house and each bedroom had its own lock, so we had access to one bedroom. This was OK but the king mattress sagged in the middle and I……
