“We enjoyed our little stay! Literally a 15minute walk to the race course. Very handy and convenient. Very clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast.”

“The outside of the building is deceptive. What happens within is amazing. This hotel is really well run and the friendly and helpful staff all seem to work together as a team. Full marks to Emma, Taran, Helen and Lyndsey. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they created a welcoming and and happy atmosphere. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast. “Great overnight stop with the most friendly and helpful of staff. Facilities excellent and being able to bring our dog was so good. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast options were just right for us. Will definitely stay again. The price was also the best value for money you could ask for. Could not recommend more.”

“浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。”

“多天未有更換毛巾,就算放在浴缸內,也只是重新摺好,沒有更換, 同時位置在公路旁邊,如乘搭巴士要小心過馬路,沒有斑馬線或紅綠燈”

“An absolutely stunning place. Booked for a weekend away for my wife’s birthday. On arrival got upgraded to a suite which was an incredible room with a fantastic view. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Suze. Rudby Hall is a gorgeous place with beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent would certainly return. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you to both of you for making it a memorable weekend ”
