“Great area in the heart of Accra with excellent service. The only concern is Expedia should incorporate the contact number of the agent that has to be called to assist in check in. Reaching the hotel before a you learn that you have to contact Expedia for an agent to assist you to check in is not helpful; very frustrating especially when the agent’s phone is off. That was my experience but above all, I had an excellent stay.”

“Check-in was ok, but free airport pick-up was despite the booking confirmation not available. We had to organize the ride to the apartments by ourselfs. Also two ACs out of four weren't working. The restaurant was good, but was a little bit pricy though. Overall the apartments are quite expensive, but the conditions of the apartments are ok.”

“Lovely apartment, with lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner about the arrival arrangements. Strong reliable WiFi. Embassy Gardens has three pools. We used the nearest one daily and found it clean and the perfect temperature. Nowhere really to walk to from the apartments, there's taxis outside, but we used Uber mostly. ”

“Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. It is inexcusable that Expedia includes this establishment as a lodging option to their customers!!!!”

“Our overall stay was quite nice. The property is beautiful and the staff is very nice. They took very good care of us! The food is really good. We had a couple issues with the door handle and toilet, but it was taken care of quickly! I will definitely stay again. ”

“Great stay here and totally recommend. The entertainment package on the TV was fantastic and more than you expect. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. The host were great at communicating- I dealt with Selassi and Richard. The apartment is in a gated community with security and very safe. The pool is nice and the gym is well equipped. I will definitely book again when Im in Accra”
