“Good location close to the railway station and within walking distance of all amenities. Nice room, comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was good and toiletries were provided but there wasn’t a mirror in the bathroom which made shaving a bit difficult but this may be due to the hotel undergoing a refurbishment. “Just a couple of minor niggles, which did not really detract from the overall impression of a great place to stay in Hebden Bridge. Our room was spacious and comfortable but had a broken lamp shade and a loose leg on the dressing table stool both of which should be easy fixes. “Every thing was fine. The suite was more accommodating than I hoped and comfortable. The hot water took forever to come on and there wasn't enough snack for the number of guests. It was a room paid for 4 people and yet only 2 mugs were provided. Apart from those 2 issues, it was a good stay. The hotel was quiet as well and enough parking space. ”

“Loved my stay, comfortable room and the telescope was such an awesome surprise! The spa experience was brilliant although had to book separately. Hotel's leisure facilities were ok, nothing outstanding but with the spa just next to it, no room for complaints. The only thing I didn't like was the food. Breakfast was so limited and basic, way below 5*. Restaurant food was not brilliant either. Had lunch and dinner at Bertram's, but not impressed. Chicken was dry and inedible. In all fairness……

“What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊”
