“Overall, a very good stay, but some enhancements would have made it better. We had an issue with a carbon monoxide detector on Christmas Day that was resolved quickly and professionally. The property manager is very responsive. The premises are fine, but the location of one of the bathrooms away from the bedrooms was strange. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands!
