“We had a wonderful stay - the house was amazing! We had four families with young adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location on the lake was perfect for just hanging out on the dock, floating in the water, or hoping on our boat for some skiing and tubing. The house had all the amenities you could ask for, just like being at home. Bob and Rosemary were fantastic hosts—very responsive and accommodating. A great time was had by all, and we would absolutely stay again.”

“The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

“The house was better than advertised! Plenty of entertainment around the house as well as a roomy dock for swimming. Scott and Jason both were avaliable by phone for any questions we had. Their response to emails or by phone was very quick and provided answers to any questions we had. 16 were in our party and we all had an excellent experience to close out the summer on labor day weekend.”

“The property is huge and gorgeous. We all loved the location, lake access and the pool, which is big. Accessing the thermostats is difficult and the house was a little cool for us. Also, the hot tub needed chemicals. Other than that, the place is a 10 and the host was wonderful. Would definitely revisit again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us. ”

“We had a great week (July 2025)! Perfect size house for our family of 6. House was well appointed and maintained. Excellent outdoor areas (boathouse and patio). Fun game room/tv room in basement. Good beds and baths. Loved location near Eaton Ferry Marina and mid-lake. One small downside is the shallow/mucky water off the dock, but you only have to go out a short way to get to great spots for swimming/floating, which we did all day. Owner was very responsive to all my messages, including……

“Great location on the lake, nice private yard for the dog, it was just the two of us and the dog. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need. Really nicely decorated with many books, games and puzzles. Not a speck of dirt anywhere in the house, very very clean! Thanks for a great vacation!”
