“Amazing apartment! 2 yr old Pony and dad/mom had a wonderful time!! All staff were friendly and nice, sharing us information about Los Reyes Magos and how we can enjoy. This has been the first apartment we have lived during all our trips, and great we can cook (we were really tired and hungry when we arrived). We tried to clean all the dishes and dining places as we could but please forgave us dear Marta, because our boy was little ill when we were about to check out. Will definately come back……

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! ”

“Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...”

He booked all of our lunch and dinner reservations and picked the most spectacular places. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day of walking around, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend! ”

“What an amazing place to stay! This was a first time for me to visit Seville and this hotel definitely made the vacation worth it. It was clean, quiet, spacious with many top notch amenities. The only one downside is that the pool closes at 8pm and it is not heated. Nevertheless, if I visit Seville again, I will definitely stay here. ”

They accommodated us with a flashlight in preparation to the power outage. The suite was specious- it was basically a whole apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. ”
