“Just a stay of a couple of nights to attend a conference. Basic, had some issues with accessibility (heavy/hard to unlock doors, access to ramp often blocked, high step into external after hrs entrance, very narrow tub), but generally clean and comfy, fairly quiet.”

“Staff did not know how to check in for a 3rd party reservation. Charged me $100 deposit 6 times! Plus charged an undisclosed $7 parking fee. Had to call manager to get sorted out. She was nice enough. But not experienced enough to be left alone. ”
