“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

This location checked that box (shed was about 17 minutes from this spot)! The co-host was friendly and responsive when we had some issues with finding the correct entrance. “We rented this vacation home for a girls’ weekend in Chicago and truly enjoyed staying there. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was taxi drivers would not drop us at the rear alley entrance to the building (the entrance we were instructed to use) citing ‘safety concerns’, so we would have to walk around the building to get to the rear entrance. We never felt threatened while staying there so I’m not sure where they were coming from. All in all we would not hesitate to……

“There was confusion with VRBO regarding our arrival date, no fault of the property owner. They made arrangements to clean the unit and provide lunch for our group while we waited and offered a second night free for the inconvenience. Highly recommend. Property owner went above and beyond!”

“We had gathered for a memorial service. The house was in an amazing location with the Mexican American museum and the incredible Pilsen murals to see. Our recommendations would be to get some non-slip mat or stickers in the bottom of the tub for older people. Also, some over the door hangers to hang towels in the bathroom would be great. ”

“Just stayed here for a weekend with a couple family members and went to see Disturbed, Three Days Grace and Sevendust at the United Center. Booking was just what was promised by the ad. Very professionally maintained with nice little touches. Great neighborhood and super convenient. A excellent value for the money. Jaye is a first class host. Will look to stay here again when I come back to the city. ”

“The stay was nice. Lots of restaurants around. Parking was not great and expensive, but that is not the owner's fault. My family did get stuck in the elevator the first night, which was scary, again not owner's fault. But overall was a good stay and we would stay agian. ”
