“Pros:-Very comfortable beds!!-The majority of the home was very clean-Nicely Decorated-Host was eager to satisfy-LocationCons:-Noise, we could hear people upstairs walking around and playing music. “Having been to SLC for skiing for many years, I’m really impressed by this place! I love the fair price and the way the host prepared the rooms. The house is newly modeled and is as clean and neat as the pictures show. Here are some additional details I would like to share.All the mattresses are made of supportive memory foam instead of sole bouncy springs. There is a feet rest for the toilet, a handle on the toilet lid, some tampons for women…. The host Sabrina is a very considerate person that……

“Super clean home with a hot tub! Cyd was easy to reach and text and said we could check in early.He had coffee, creamer, bottled water and condiments. It was nice to be in a home where you did not have to bring all the little things. ”

“The property meets all necessary accommodations. It is a family community in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood kids play there like any neighborhood. The family is a nice bunch. You can heard the kids upstairs at times, but it is not obnoxious (especially if you have your own children and know how they can be) and they won't keep you from sleeping.”

“The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. The only issue we had was with the thermostat. We are hot sleepers, and the thermostat would not stay where we dropped it to overnight. We woke up multiple times during the night because we were hot and had to lower the thermostat, so I can only assume the owners were overriding us. Knocked off 1 star for this reason.”

“We found this rental on short notice. It was very comfortable and well finished. Although it was a basement there was great lighting and our big dog was welcome. Only drawback was a little dog upstairs that woke us up in the morning.”
