“This is a basement converted to a rental apartment. There is potential, however all of the furniture is very used, broken, and/or not suitable for the space. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on each bed (no top sheet). The towels were fit for washing the car. There was a very smelly rag on the kitchen sink, drywall dust on the floor along every wall, and the toilet was not clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower is very difficult to use, as the sprayer……

“Having been to SLC for skiing for many years, I’m really impressed by this place! I love the fair price and the way the host prepared the rooms. The house is newly modeled and is as clean and neat as the pictures show. Here are some additional details I would like to share.All the mattresses are made of supportive memory foam instead of sole bouncy springs. There is a feet rest for the toilet, a handle on the toilet lid, some tampons for women…. The host Sabrina is a very considerate person that……
