“Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again. ”

“We have stayed at The Sheraton Bayfront several times over the last few years; however, we have not stayed since their remodel. Although we liked the dark wood nautical decor in the hotel rooms, the refresh of the rooms was still inviting and comfortable. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only picky thing we found is the lack of pressure in the shower head. Although, it may be a water saver, it took twice as long to rinse soap off due to the low water pressure in the shower. We ate……

“I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. ”

“Everything was adequate. I have only one complaint, the pillows. The pillows feel like pillow cases filled with shredded newspaper. ”
