“The front desk is nice and the room is quiet and comfortable.”

“I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. ”

“The location of the hotel is very good, but the rooms are outdated and there are a lot of bugs stuck to the outside of the glass windows.”

“Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again. ”

“The property is exceptionally clean and nice. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and as advertised. The only thing that was a problem was you can definitely hear everything from all of the other rooms and hallways. When I travel and have this happen I usually put the room fan on to dull the sounds but our air system did not have an option to have continuous fan on! But the price was great so it was a trade off. Will definitely use it again.”
