“Schöne neue anlage”

“Todo estuvo muy bien. La única crítica es que todos los espectáculos y la selección musical de las noches es casi exclusivamente para ingleses. Sería bueno escuchar más música española y más idiomas (no solo inglés) ”

“A great location for a beach stay in Es Canar. Great pool area, lovely breakfast, and very friendly multilingual staff. Rooms clearly recently refreshed with the rebrand/new owners, but one or two imperfections - no bin in bedroom, patchy paint, loose bathroom lock, etc. Also no kettle or glasses/cups which wasn’t ideal - we brought some up from the bar. Our main issue was the noise - room 122 is on the 1st floor facing out over a lane - above the staff entrance and above the bin store. There……

“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare la camera che ci era stata assegnata perché: - era al 3° piano e senza ascensore ( guasto ) - troppo vicina alle varie attività e poco spaziosa La seconda che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole. E' da diversi anni che facciamo una vacanza in questo Hotel e possiamo dire che è sempre piacevole trascorrere del tempo qua sia per la sua ubicazione che per quanto offre. Si nota che ci sarebbe necessità di un restyling delle……

“Paid a decent amount for a stage facing room. Got that with a huge speaker in the way. Reception politely stated a 500 euro additional would get me another room without the obstruction- well, in reality I didn’t get what was paid for originally. If there is slick obstruction- state that in the original booking or type of room? Really, it’s just an exercise to get more £ out of you. Shame really. ”

“Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, super sauber und freundliches Personal. Einer der besten in dem ich je war. Der Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön und der Strand vor der Tür. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ein Traum und die Betten sehr bequem 👍👍”
