“My stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a minor issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, just one direct bus from the airport for only €3, making it very easy to reach. “Everything was fine, the location is great, next to the city center, clubs and many restaurants. You can walk everywhere. The hotel is ok too, clean, comfortable for 3-4 nights, pool and bar. The breakfast time doesn’t make any sense in a city that breathes night and clubbing (8 am? You can’t eat once you get back, and probably will not get up early enough if you sleep a couple of hours). The staff isn’t very friendly and the checkin also was not very cool, they asked me the booking print screen……

“Excellent location, first class facilities, friendly staff. Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable beds softest pillows and towels. Beautiful beachside lounge area and bar. Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime. Loved our stay didn’t want to leave.”

“Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare la camera che ci era stata assegnata perché: - era al 3° piano e senza ascensore ( guasto ) - troppo vicina alle varie attività e poco spaziosa La seconda che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole. E' da diversi anni che facciamo una vacanza in questo Hotel e possiamo dire che è sempre piacevole trascorrere del tempo qua sia per la sua ubicazione che per quanto offre.
