“Room was fantastic, staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel and pool were lovely. I could not rate them more highly - the downside was the amount of building in the area and the party strip area adjacent to the hotel. Thank you to the staff who were lovely.”

“Everything was fine, the location is great, next to the city center, clubs and many restaurants. You can walk everywhere. The hotel is ok too, clean, comfortable for 3-4 nights, pool and bar. The breakfast time doesn’t make any sense in a city that breathes night and clubbing (8 am? You can’t eat once you get back, and probably will not get up early enough if you sleep a couple of hours). The staff isn’t very friendly and the checkin also was not very cool, they asked me the booking print screen……

Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime. Loved our stay didn’t want to leave.”

“Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare la camera che ci era stata assegnata perché: - era al 3° piano e senza ascensore ( guasto ) - troppo vicina alle varie attività e poco spaziosa La seconda che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole. E' da diversi anni che facciamo una vacanza in questo Hotel e possiamo dire che è sempre piacevole trascorrere del tempo qua sia per la sua ubicazione che per quanto offre. Si nota che ci sarebbe necessità di un restyling delle……

“Great hotel, located well for beach, shops and clubs. Clean pool with loungers overlooking the beautiful beach and boats in the bay. All inclusive good for food and drinks. A couple of ignorant guests but the hotel dealt with this really well. Accessible for wheelchair users with ramps and staff very helpful. Bus stop right outside for travel to and from the airport ”

“Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”
