“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“The hotel is very well presented, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The pool areas are lovely and the views from the main restaurant area are fantastic. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and would not hesitate to return. The parking solution was also excellent if you have a hire car. “Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave!
