“Das Hotel liegt neben dem Strand und trotz der vielen Clubs drumherum kann man entspannen. Natürlich muss man, wenn man auf der Party Insel Urlaub macht, mit Musik und Lärm rechnen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich, sehr vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl. ”

“Hacienda Na Xamena was without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at any hotel or resort. The room, staff, food, and amenities all top notch. I booked 2 months in advance and had 0 issues with arriving and we were even upgraded! I planned my proposal here with the guest relations staff and the staff at restaurant Eden on the property and everything went perfectly! 11/10 property and service I will be returning ”

“Todo estupendo, excepto el primer día que el desayuno era un auténtico caos, era penoso ver al personal que se notaba que no eran profesionales de restauración, el nivel de estrés que tenían del todo intolerable. Hablamos con gerente, nos comenta la culpa es del covid, más intolerable, porque si se abre hay que tener personal capacitado. Es un hotel de 4 Estrellas si se abre ha de ser con personal y no tener a los que están en centralita en el desayuno o la centralita vacía como estaba casi……
