“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“Exceptional service by staff every single day! Clean beautiful rooms with a comfortable King bed and working AC. Delicious breakfast daily. The staff was so lovely in welcoming us for breakfast everyday. Helpful too. If we couldn't find a cab, they would drive us to our destination. The area is quiet and walkable to many dining and shopping options. The nearby ocean views are stunning! We were sad to leave.
