“A great location for a beach stay in Es Canar. Great pool area, lovely breakfast, and very friendly multilingual staff.
Rooms clearly recently refreshed with the rebrand/new owners, but one or two imperfections - no bin in bedroom, patchy paint, loose bathroom lock, etc. Also no kettle or glasses/cups which wasn’t ideal - we brought some up from the bar.
Our main issue was the noise - room 122 is on the 1st floor facing out over a lane - above the staff entrance and above the bin store. There……

Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because:
1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink.

Amazing party
"The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. "
